下胫腓联合损伤的研究进展

摘要


摘要:目的:下胫腓联合损伤是十分常见的踝关节损伤类型,其病史特点及体格检查不具备较高的特异性,易出现漏诊,结合影像学检查或者术中探查
尤为重要。不稳定型下胫腓联合损伤需及时行手术治疗,以免出现远期并发症。目前螺钉固定仍是主流的手术治疗方法,但随着医疗技术及生
物学固定理念的发展,弹性固定因其更符合生理特点、临床效果满意、二次手术率低等逐渐被人们接受及推广,具有较好的应用前景.
