NPAR、MPVLR 与急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓后预后相关性的研究进展
摘要
缺血性脑卒中对提高患者生存率和改善预后尤为重要。急性脑梗死发生后,同时激活外周免疫和中枢免疫系统,引起外周中性粒细胞、淋巴细
胞等向中枢募集,在抗炎过程均有白蛋白参与,血小板在缺血性脑卒中发病机制中扮演着重要角色。本文主要综述中性粒细胞百分数与白蛋白
比值(NPAR)、平均血小板体积与淋巴细胞比值(MPVLR)与缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓后预后相关性的研究进展进行综述。
