卒中后认知障碍的动态演变及影响因素

摘要

摘要：脑卒中后常出现认知功能障碍，这一并发症严重影响患者的身心健康，给家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。近年来，越来越多研究学者关注卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)，本文重点综述PSCI的动态演变及影响因素，以期为临床早期诊断和治疗PSCI提供理论依据。
