脑梗死后出血转化的危险因素研究进展

摘要


摘要:脑梗死后出血转化(HemorrhagictransformationHT)是指急性脑梗死后缺血区血管重新恢复血流灌注导致的出血。分为自然发生的出血和干预措施后的出血。目前普遍采用的定义为:脑梗死后首次CT或磁共振检查未发现出血,而再次头CT或磁共振检查时发现有颅内出血,或根据首次头颅CT或磁共振检查可以确定的出血性梗死。HT是脑梗死的严重并发症之一,然而,一部分出现出血转化的患者无明显症状,如不及时发现并调整治疗方案,将导致出血量增大,为患者及社会带来沉重的负担。本文对脑梗死后发生HT的影响因素进行综述。
