QSM在神经退行性疾病中的应用进展

摘要


摘要:神经退行性疾病(neurodegenerative disease)是神经元结构及功能进行性丧失为主要特点的异质性疾病,包括阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer'sdisease,AD)、帕金森病(Parkinson'sdisease,PD)、肌萎缩侧索硬化症(Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)、亨廷顿病(Huntington'sdisease,HD)、额颞叶痴呆(Fronto temporal dementia,FTD)、威尔逊病(Wilson'sdisease,WD)。定量磁敏感成像(Quantitative susceptibility mapping,QSM)成像是近年来发展起来的磁共振成像技术,通过测量脑内组织铁含量,反映组织细胞的生理及病理信息。本文旨在阐述QSM技术优势,综述其在神经退行性相关疾病中的研究现状。
