瑞马唑仑在不同体重指数患者行胃镜检查的剂量研究

摘要

摘要：目的探讨总体重(TBW)、理想体重(IBW)以及瘦体重(LBW)与瑞马唑仑剂量的相关性。方法选择2022年9月-10月间，年龄18-65岁无痛胃镜检查患者，分为A、B、C三组，记录瑞马唑仑首次剂量、追加次数；记录患者入室(T0)、入镜(T1)、入镜后2min(T2)、4min(T3)、6min(T4)时间点的MAP、HR、SpO2；记录术后不良反应。结果诱导总剂量、每千克总体重诱导剂量(mg/TBW)和每千克理想体重诱导剂量(mg/IBW)C组>B组>A组，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);A组T1、T2、T3、T4时间点的MAP均低于T0(p<0.05)，B、C组T2、T3、T4时间点低于T0(p<0.05);A组T3、T4时间点的HR低于T0组(p<0.05)，B组T0、T1时间点低于A组(p<0.05)，C组T4时间点低于T0组(p<0.05)；C组T0、T1时间点的SpO2低于A组(p<0.05)，A组T2、T3时间点低于T0(p<0.05)，B组T1时间点低于T0(p<0.05)；三组患者术后无并发症。结论瑞马唑仑以LBW为体重标量给药时，超重与肥胖患者可以同正常体重患者以相同剂量给药。
