去骨瓣减压术后正常压力性脑积水患者行分流+颅骨修补术的疗效分析

摘要：目的：探讨脑室－腹腔分流+颅骨修补手术治疗去骨瓣减压术后并发正常压力性脑积水的重型颅脑创伤患者的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2017.01-2019.12月在我院行脑室－腹腔分流+颅骨修补手术治疗的16例重型颅脑创伤去骨瓣减压术后合并正常压力性脑积水患者的临床资料，术后随访12个月，比较分流+颅骨修补手术前后患者神志情况，GCS评分，及神经功能（采用GOS和MBI评分）的改善情况。结果：16例患者中无死亡病例，3例患者出现硬膜下积液，5例患者出现肺部感染，经积极治疗后均好转；13例患者神经功能较术前基础状态明显改善（P<0.05）。结论：对于去骨瓣减压术后合并正常压力性脑积水的重型颅脑创伤患者，脑室－腹腔分流+颅骨修补手术治疗是相对安全的，能够显著改善患者神经功能，临床疗效良好，适合于临床应用。
