白藜芦醇通过Wnt/β-catenin通路对人卵巢癌细胞的影响

摘要

摘要：卵巢癌是可发生于女性任何年龄段的妇科恶性肿瘤，其对女性健康具有严重的威胁，且发病率逐年上升。患者常表现为非特异性盆腔或腹部症状。初始诊断性检查包括经阴道超声检查和血清癌抗原125测定;然而，这些检查对卵巢癌并不具有特异性。常规治疗包括手术减瘤和化疗。预后通常由癌症分期和分级决定，但未来的治疗可能取决于肿瘤的遗传组成。现我们通过研究白藜芦醇与卵巢癌的关系及其作用通路为卵巢癌的治疗提供新方案与新思路。
