经皮卵圆孔未闭介入封堵术在偏头痛患者中的疗效研究

摘要

摘要：偏头痛是一种广泛的神经系统疾病。卵圆孔未闭（PFO）是一种原发隔与继发隔未完全融合所致。多项研究表明，偏头痛在PFO患者中更为普遍，反之亦然。目前尚不清楚这者是否存在因果关系或只是共存。此外，经皮介入封堵治疗PFO合并偏头痛仍有争议。这篇综述通过回顾PFO与偏头痛之间的研究以及PFO介入封堵治疗对偏头痛的最新研究，寻找最适宜的偏头痛人群提供帮助。
