微生物检验标本不合格原因及质量控制对策

摘要

摘要：目的：微生物检验标本不合格原因及质量控制对策。方法：回顾性分析本院在2023年1月-2023年3月微生物监测报告，从中抽查252份，分析其中标本不合格的原因并提出相关的改进措施。结果：监测的252份报告中有58例不合格报告，导致的原因较多，需要结合科室的实际情况做好流程管理、加强样本保护，进而提升管理质量。结论：诱发微生物检验标本不合格原因较多，为提升检验精准性，科室需要完善相关管理制度，做好样本管理，强化工作人员专科培训，进而为检验工作顺利开展奠定基础。
