摘要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholicfattyliverdisease,NAFLD)是世界范围内最常见的慢性肝病,通常被认为是代谢综合征的肝脏表现。研究表明NAFLD和代谢综合征相关的特征通常与认知功能障碍有关,NAFLD患者会出现空间学习、记忆力及执行能力等认知功能的下降,其机制可能包括神经炎症、胰岛素抵抗、高氨血症及肠道菌群失调等。本文针对NAFLD与认知功能的相关性及发生机制进行综述,旨在提高临床认识
