关于野生型P53诱导的磷酸酶1的研究进展

摘要


摘要:野生型P53诱导的磷酸酶1(wild-typep53-inducedphosphatase1,wip1)是属于PP2C家族的丝氨酸/苏氨酸磷酸酶,通过激活P38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(P38MAPK)、共济失调毛细血管扩张突变(ataxiatelangiectasia-mutated,ATM)、细胞周期检测点激酶1(Chk1)、细胞周期检测点激酶2(Chk2)参与细胞增殖、衰老、自噬、程序性死亡等过程,与其他致癌基因协同发挥促癌作用[1],大量前期研究发现wip1在肿瘤组织中广泛表达,例如:乳腺癌、胃癌、肝癌、卵巢癌、胶质细胞瘤等。同时Wip1通过负反馈调节P53参与DNA损伤反应,在维持细胞稳态方面发挥重要作用,具有很高的研究价值和临床意义。
