Nectin-4在恶性肿瘤中的表达及研究进展

摘要

摘要：Nectins是近年来发现的一类Ca2+不依赖的免疫球蛋白超家族分子，Nectin-4是Nectins家族的一员。近些年，随着人们对Nectin-4的关注，科研人员做出了大量有价值的研究，对Nectin-4的调控和功能的了解也逐步加深，研究表明Nectin-4已成为一种潜在的生物标志物和有前途的治疗靶点。本综述回顾了有关Nectin-4的文献现状，系统阐述了Nectin-4的基本结构、功能及在不同肿瘤中的作用，以期为诊断肿瘤性质、评估肿瘤恶性程度、选择新的治疗靶点提供参考。
