MCM蛋白在宫颈上皮内病变中的研究进展

摘要


摘要:微小染色体维持蛋白(MCM蛋白)在真核生物中的功能主要与DNA复制有关,可调节DNA复制,在DNA开始复制和延伸中发挥重要作用,通过多种作用机制控制DNA复制只发生一次。当某些因素引起MCM蛋白发生异常时,处于静止期的细胞重新进入细胞周期,DNA异常复制,最终导致肿瘤的发生,所以MCM蛋白被认为是一种新的肿瘤标志物。MCM与宫颈上皮内病变的发生、发展密切相关,并与宫颈上皮内病变的靶向治疗有关,从而为宫颈上皮内病变的治疗带来新的方向。
