经皮穴位电刺激在围手术期的应用进展

摘要

摘要：针灸作为中医重要的治疗手段已经存在了上千年，通过现代技术的演变，利用低压电流在相应穴位刺激，实现穴位刺激和皮神经电刺激的新型治疗方法，就是经皮穴位电刺激(transcutaneouselectricalacupointstimulation,TEAS)。TEAS的应用场景主要体现在疼痛预防、产科、麻醉等方向。因其无创，操作灵活多变，简单易上手，成为了一种非常有潜力的治疗方法，在近些年不断被大家所应用和推广。本文查阅国内外相关文献，对TEAS在术前预康复、术中麻醉以及术后恢复等三个阶段的应用研究进展进行综述，为围手术期TEAS的应用提供参考依据。
