SPOC联合BL在《健康服务与管理》教学中的应用

摘要：本科院校的《健康服务与管理》课程正面临一系列挑战。首先，资源限制导致教学手段单一，难以满足学生多样化的学习需求。其次，由于缺乏足够的互动和参与机会，学生的参与度和学习动力不足。此外，课程常常过于强调理论知识的传授，而忽略了实践技能的培养，造成理论与实践之间的脱节。这些问题不仅制约了教育质量的提升，也影响了学生的学习效果。基于此基础上，《健康服务与管理》教学，应以岗位胜任力为导向，通过实施小型私人在线课程（Small Private Online Course,SPOC）支持的混合学习（Blended Learning,BL）模式，探索一种新的教学方法以解决上述问题。
