SPOC联合BL在《健康服务与管理》教学中的应用

摘要:本科院校的《健康服务与管理》课程正面临一系列挑战。首先,资源限制导致教学手段单一,难以满足学生多样化的学习需求。其次,由于缺乏足够的互动和参与机会,学生的参与度和学习动力不足。此外,课程常常过于强调理论知识的传授,而忽略了实践技能的培养,造成理论与实践之间的脱节。这些问题不仅制约了教育质量的提升,也影响了学生的学习效果。基于此基础上,《健康服务与管理》教学,应以岗位胜任力为导向,通过实施小型私人在线课程(Small Private Online Course,SPOC)支持的混合学习(Blended Learning,BL)模式,探索一种新的教学方法以解决上述问题。
