pc-ASPECT评分的临床应用及进展

摘要

摘要：后循环脑梗死是脑梗死中较凶险的类型之一。在后循环梗死患者中，病变位置和多个梗死区域在预测预后方面比病变体积更重要，因此，半定量测量对于预测后循环梗死患者的预后是可取的。ASPECTS是一种地形评分系统，它采用半定量方法测量早期缺血变化的程度，为医师预测患者预后提供依据。这篇文章对pc-ASPECT评分方法及其在患者治疗和预后评估的价值、多模式pc-ASPECTS的应用进行综述。
