原发性闭角型青光眼手术治疗的应用与进展

摘要

摘要：青光眼是全球不可逆转失明的主要原因，原发性闭角型青光眼（Prim aryangle-closure glaucoma，PACG）是我国最常见的青光眼类型。对于PACG的治疗首先选择激光周边虹膜切除术和抗青光眼药物治疗，在这两种方法治疗效果差时，就需要通过手术控制眼压，延缓疾病进程。目前应用的手术方法有小梁切除术、房角分离术、青光眼白内障联合术等，本文就PACG手术治疗的进展进行综述
