医用钽类植入物抑菌性能研究进展

摘要:医用钽类植入物因其生物相容性良好、组织整合能力强而被广泛应用于骨科和牙科领域,但由此引起的植入物相关感染问题亟待解决。因此,研究如何提高医用钽类植入物的抑菌性能具有重要的临床意义。本文对近年来关于医用钽类植入物在钽丝、钽支架、钽人工关节、钽填充材料、钽涂层等应用领域进行总结,了解医用钽类植入物的优势和局限性。总结材料、表面处理、结构设计等方面因素对医用钽类植入物抑菌性能的影响,根据目前医用钽类植入物抑菌性能的研究进行总结归纳,研究涉及表面改性、抑菌涂层和抑菌药物释放系统等。综合分析发现,未来的研究可以从钽类植入物表面改性、新材料开发、复合应用等方面展开,以提高钽类植入物的抗菌性能和临床应用效果。
