糖化血红蛋白变异指数与糖尿病慢性病发症的关系

摘要


摘要:糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated haemoglobin,HbA1c),被当做是评估糖尿病患者血糖控制和治疗结果的“金标准”,但存在个体差异,影响血糖的准确解释。糖化血红蛋白变异指数(hemoglobin glycation index,HGI)是衡量 HbA1c 个体变异性的指标可用于糖尿病患者的管理和治疗。本综述对 HGI 与糖尿病慢性并发症的关系进行探讨。
