胫骨DO延长区矿化不良的原因分析

摘要


摘要:胫骨大段骨缺损行牵张成骨是治疗胫骨骨折、骨髓炎等严重骨损伤的一种重要手术方式。然而,术后延长区矿化区不良是其常见并发症之一,严重影响患者的康复效果。本文通过对相关病例的分析,探讨胫骨大段骨缺损行牵张成骨后延长区矿化区不良的可能原因,旨在为临床治疗提供参考。
