影像学在胰腺占位性病变诊断的应用及研究进展

摘要


摘要:胰腺癌(Pancreatic Carcinoma,PC)恶性程度高、侵袭性强、发病隐匿。胰腺癌的早期临床症状不易察觉,同时缺乏有效筛查手段,使得患者常常错过最佳治疗时机。目前,如何早期发现胰腺癌成为临床医生面临的重要挑战。本综述将从超声(US)、计算机断层扫描(CT)、磁共振成像(MRI)、正电子发射断层扫描(PET/CT)和放射组学在胰腺病变诊断中的应用和研究进展。
