MRI功能成像评估直肠癌区域淋巴结转移的研究进展

摘要


摘要:直肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率、死亡率居高不下。直肠癌区域淋巴结转移是患者治疗方案制订和预后的关键因素之一。MRI是评估淋巴结转移的主要方式,但如何准确判断仍存在较大的困难。本综述将从常规MRI成像转向MRI功能成像在直肠癌区域淋巴结的临床应用及进展进行综述。
