RNA结合蛋白HuR研究及其在胃癌发生发展中的作用

摘要


摘要:RNA结合蛋白(RNA-binding proteins,RBP)是基因转录后的重要调节因子,靶mRNA稳定性及靶蛋白的翻译过程参与机体生命活动。在所有RBP中,HuR是特征性最好、唯一在人体各个组织中普遍表达的RNA结合蛋白,RNA结合蛋白HuR是胚胎致死性异常视觉基因(ELAVL1)的蛋白质产物,它几乎在所有癌症中均过表达。近年来,多项研究发现HuR通过转录、转录后调控及翻译后修饰来稳定靶mRNA及调节靶基因的翻译参与机体生命过程。本文重点讨论HuR功能及其在胃癌发生发展中的作用以期为胃癌治疗提供新的靶点。
