凋亡在关节软骨细胞移植治疗中的研究进展

摘要

摘要：在治疗关节软骨缺损的研究过程中，细胞移植治疗是一种很好的治疗方式。活细胞移植到缺损区域，通过细胞分裂增殖形成软骨组织，填补缺损。但是在整个移植过程中，移植细胞死亡直接导致治疗失败。近年来，随着研究的不断深入，我们发现细胞凋亡的发生发展严重制约着移植的成功与否。本文就此问题作一概述。
