鄂尔多斯地区肿瘤护理质量调查分析

摘要

摘要：目的:调查鄂尔多斯地区肿瘤护理质量现状，为提高该地区肿瘤护理质量提供理论依据。方法:采用一般资料问卷、汉化肿瘤护理质量(QONCS)量表，对鄂尔多斯地区3所三医院214名晚期癌症住院患者进行问卷调查。结果:肿瘤护理质量量表总得分(121.89±18.31)分，各维度得分为：支持和确认(56.36±6.33)分，灵性关怀(17.93±3.73)分，归属感(19.96±3.00)分，重视(15.83±2.85)分，尊重(11.81±2.40)分。结论:鄂尔多斯地区肿瘤护理质量呈中等水平，护士灵性关怀水平有待提升，对患者生死观的关注有待加强。
