Metrnl与人类疾病关系的研究进展

摘要

摘要：Metrnl(Meteorin-like)是一种新型的脂肪细胞因子，是神经营养调节因子(Meteorin)的同源蛋白。其生物学功能包括：一、促进脂肪褐色化及能量消耗；二、调节机体免疫；三、调节脂肪细胞增殖、分化；四、调节骨生成。这些生物学功能在人类疾病中发挥重要作用。本文就Metrnl与人类疾病的研究进展予以综述，得出结论，在人类疾病中，Metrnl参与呼吸系统、消化系统、内分泌系统及免疫系统等多种疾病的发生发展，但Metrnl在人体中的功能有待进一步验证，还需要做大量的工作来研究Metrnl的结构－功能关系及其在相关疾病中的调控机制，以开发其作为新的治疗靶点。
