环泊酚的临床应用进展

摘要

摘要：环泊酚是中国自主创新的新型麻醉药，其药物特点与丙泊酚相似，目前环泊酚已广泛应用于全身麻醉的诱导和维持、无痛胃肠镜检查、纤维支气管镜检查等领域，在重症监护室和老年患者中也具有一定的使用价值。目前已经有多个研究证实，环泊酚具有安全性高、起效快、恢复快、注射痛少、血流动力学更平稳等优势，有着良好的应用前景。本文综述了近年来环泊酚药理作用和临床应用的研究进展，为其进一步研究和开发提供参考，同时为临床用药提供科学依据和思路。
