环泊酚在临床应用中的研究进展

摘要

摘要：环泊酚是一种新型的非巴比妥类静脉麻醉药，是丙泊酚的衍生物，具有代谢迅速，不良反应(如呼吸和循环系统抑制、注射痛等)少、效价强的优点。其效价约为丙泊酚的4~5倍，具有广泛的临床应用前景。目前环泊酚已被批准上市，适应症包括气管插管手术/手术过程中的镇静麻醉、全麻诱导及维持、重症监护期间的镇静。目前关于环泊酚在各类手术临床应用中的潜力仍在进一步研究探索中。本文就环泊酚的药理特点、临床应用及其安全有效性作一综述。
