前哨淋巴结绘图技术在子宫内膜癌中的应用探讨

摘要

淋巴结在子宫内膜癌中切除与否，一直以来是探讨的热点。随着医学的进步，医学界对精准医学、微创医学的发展更加重视，因此，近年来，前哨淋巴结绘图技术在子宫内膜癌的应用中研究进展非常迅速。大量临床证据表明，在内膜癌中前哨淋巴结定位可提高转移淋巴结的检出率并降低其假阴性率。但目前该技术仍处于试验阶段未被广泛应用，该文主要对前哨淋巴结绘图技术在子宫内膜癌应用中的问题和争议进行综述。
