磁性医院环境对手术室护士工作满意度的影响与研究

摘要

磁性医院环境对改善手术室护士工作环境，提高护理服务质量具有重要意义。文章阐述了磁性医院的概念、介绍了磁性医院理念在国内护理管理中的现状发展以及对改善手术室护士工作满意度的优势，并提出了意见和建议，以期为我国护理管理者对磁性医院理念的应用提供新思路和方式。
