针药相结合治疗ⅡA型重症肌无力1例

摘要

本例病人首先采用抗胆碱脂酶药物联合糖皮质激素基础治疗，再用中医针灸，中药进行扶正固本、调和阴阳等综合治疗。使患者在
短期内临床症状得到控制，避免危症的发生，从而提高患者的临床疗效。从长期观察，西药的副作用明显减少，提高了患者的生存能力。

The clinical symptoms of patients were controlled in the short term. The emergencies were avoided. So as to improve the clinical curative effect of the patients. From the Long term observation, the side effects of Western medicine were significantly decreased, the survival ability of patients was improved.
