开放式楔形胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的进展

摘要


胫骨高位截骨术(HTO)越来越多的被用在年轻患者的膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗当中。HTO 具有精准的矫正机械轴、降低损伤腓神经的风险以及降低外侧室骨性关节炎的发生率、减少患者的花费,减少患者心理上的应激障碍等优点。开放式楔形胫骨高位截骨术(OWHTO)作为HTO 中的一个重要的术式,在近年来逐渐的被人们所主要采用。本文将从开放式楔形胫骨高位截骨术的背景、术前准备、手术方法,功能康复和手术前景等方面进行综述。
