三叶木通藤茎的液质分析

摘要

三叶木通 Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.)Koidz.为木通科木通属落叶木质藤本，性苦、寒，归心、小肠、膀胱经。具有利尿通淋，清心除烦，通经下乳的功效，临床常用于治疗淋症、心烦尿赤、水肿、经闭乳少、口舌生疮、湿热痹痛等。其主要成分为三萜类、三萜皂苷类、苯丙素类化合物[1]。本研究对三叶木通老茎进行液质(LC/MS)分析。
