PI3K/AKT 信号通路在肿瘤耐药中的研究进展

摘要


磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/丝苏氨酸蛋白激酶(phosohatidyl-inositol3-kinase/serine-threoninekinase,PI3K/AKT)是细胞内重要的信号通路之一,该通路通过接受胞外配体刺激而被激活,活化后与下游相应效应分子偶联,调控细胞周期,且对相应肿瘤细胞耐药起着关键作用。研究表明PI3K/AKT信号通路及其下游分子的持续激活可导致肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的抵抗。因此,随着肿瘤细胞的化疗抵抗现象越来越普遍,因此需要增加对该通路的深入研究,进一步找到有关于肿瘤的药物治疗的新靶点,开发新药。据此,本文就PI3K/AKT通路的功能以及在肿瘤细胞耐药中的作用逐一讲述。
