回顾性分析60例急性肾梗死病人临床特点

摘要

通过回顾性分析2013年-2020年长沙市中心医院诊断肾梗死病人，回顾性分析病人临床特点，提高早期识别肾梗死病人的能力。方法：回顾性分析2013年-2020年长沙市中心医院诊断肾梗死病人，回顾性分析病人临床特点及诊断方法，统计病人年龄及性别，综合统计各项数据。结果：60例肾梗死病人中，男性多于女性，老年患者最多，多数病人表现为腹痛，其次为腰痛及恶心呕吐以及血尿，腹部B超及腹部CT均为临床常用检查，但腹部CT为临床主要诊断的检查手段，DSA检查为肾梗死诊断的金标准。
