1112 例幼儿灼伤院前急救措施情况调查与分析

摘要

目的 通过了解烧伤患儿院前急救情况，确定有无烧伤院前急救措施及健康教育的重要性。方法 对我院院烧伤与创面修复科(现
更名外三科)自 2008 年 1 月至 2020 年 12 月 1112 例 1-3 岁住院烧伤患儿的院前急救情况进行问卷调查。结果 110 例患儿入院前进行了冷疗，
占同期住院患儿 9.89%，其中由 90.06% 患儿入院前未进行冷疗处理。结论：1-3 岁患儿灼烧原因大多是因为家长的看护不当或者对灼伤后
急救处理不当所致，重视幼儿烧伤的预防及科普院前急救常识可大大降低幼儿烧伤的发病率及减轻幼儿烧伤的严重程度。
