血清补体 C1q 在儿童过敏性紫癜中的检测价值

摘要

目的 探讨血清补体 C1q 在儿童过敏性紫癜及紫癜性肾炎中的检测价值。方法：收集 2018 年 12 月到 2020 年 12 月在川北医学院附属
医院因过敏性紫癜和紫癜性肾炎住院患儿共 198 例，其中过敏性紫癜患儿 165 例，紫癜性肾炎患儿 33 例，并分为过敏性紫癜组（A 组）和
紫癜性肾炎组（B 组），按照性别、年龄、住院天数、临床表现、尿常规、肾功及 C1q 收集临床资料，比较两组间 C1q 是否存在统计学意义。
对紫癜性肾炎组，半年后随访其尿常规及肾功结果，正常者为预后良好组，异常者为预后不良组，比较两组间 C1q 是否存在统计学意义。
结果：紫癜性肾炎组的 C1q 低于过敏性紫癜组，具有统计学意义。不同预后的紫癜性肾炎组中血清 C1q 无统计学意义。结论：血清补体 C1q
降低可预测是否发生紫癜肾炎，但是在对紫癜性肾炎预后方面的预测还需更多的临床试验进行证实。
