原发性乳腺鳞癌 1 例及文献学习

摘要

目的 探讨乳腺鳞癌的临床表现、病理情况及治疗和预后。方法 通过对１例乳腺鳞癌的诊治并进行文献报告学习。结果 原发性乳腺
鳞癌的临床表现及病理特点具有一定特异性，其治疗方式同其他类型乳腺癌，预后相对较差。结论 原发乳腺鳞状细胞癌的诊断及治疗应参
照普通类型的浸润性乳腺癌，预后争议较多，大多认为预后较其他亚型的乳腺癌差，故需要不断努力制定相关的治疗指南。
