内镜下阑尾冲洗治疗日间手术模式临床研究

摘要

目的：探究内镜下阑尾冲洗治疗日间手术模式。方法以随机抽样法为分组依据，将本院抽取的100例急性阑尾炎患者分为干预组（内镜下阑尾冲洗日间手术治疗）与参照组（常规内镜下阑尾冲洗治疗）各50例，均于2020.1-2021.1期间在本院接受治疗，对干预效果进行分析比较。结果干预组首次进食时间、住院时间均短于参照组（P＜0.05），干预组住院费用显著低于参照组（P＜0.05），干预组并发症为4.00%，与参照组6.00%相比无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论将内镜下阑尾冲洗日间手术治疗于阑尾炎患者后，可显著缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，且并发症少，安全性高，值得应用。
