麻醉护理一体化管理模式在高血压全麻手术患者苏醒期的应用

摘要

目的：探讨麻醉护理一体化管理模式在高血压全麻手术患者苏期的应用。方法：选取本院在 2019 年 12 月到 2020 年 12 月收治的 80 例高血压手术患者作为研究对象，对其进行随机分为两组，分别为观察组和对照组，每组患者 40 例。在手术过程中，对照组采用常规的麻醉护理，观察组采用麻醉护理一体化管理方式。以此来对两组的麻醉复苏时间、并发症总发生率以及 Steward 苏醒评分进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者麻醉复苏时间短于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组，且观察组 Steward 评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在高血压手术患者麻醉复苏室当中通过麻醉一体化护理方式，能够获取良好的效果，对于患者麻醉之后的恢复非常有利，可以将患者苏醒时间缩短，降低并发症的发生率，在临床上可以大力推广。
