造血干细胞移植患儿父母创伤后成长及其与心理弹性、社会支持的相关性研究

摘要

目的：研究造血干细胞移植患儿父母创伤后成长水平，分析心理弹性、社会支持对其创伤后成长的影响。方法：运用一般资料调查问卷、中文版10条目心理弹性量表、领悟社会支持量表、创伤后成长评定量表对110名造血干细胞移植患儿的父母进行问卷调查。结果：患儿父母心理弹性总分为（25.63±5.29），领悟社会支持总分为（60.73±11.70），创伤后成长总分为（65.29±12.25），三者均处于中等偏上水平；移植患儿父母的创伤后成长水平与其心理弹性、社会支持呈正相关（P<0.01）；文化程度、家庭年收入、心理弹性、社会支持为其创伤后成长水平的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论：移植患儿父母的心理弹性、社会支持与其创伤后成长密切相关，医务工作者应结合患儿父母的家庭情况，心理弹性、社会支持程度，采取有针对性的护理措施以提高其创伤后成长水平。
