教师期望效应述评与教育启示

摘要


教育过程与结果的公平实现,真正的落实主要存在于教学过程中能否获得教师的平等对待,教育教学过程中教师行为期望与学生的期望是否趋向一致。关于教师的期望主要有以有以下四种模型:(1)Rosenthal中介模型;(2)Brophy和Good“五步模型”;(3)Darley和Fazio老师期望效应描述模型;(4)Cooper期望交流模型。教师期望效应对教育具有一定积极的作用。
