混合模式下大学英语教师核心教学信念架构

摘要


随着混合式学习模式发展进入后时代,大学英语教师的核心信念需要加入新的时代要素,扩展与延伸教学核心信
念的内涵,抓住转型机遇,更好应对新时期的挑战。首先从含义与过程,内容与结构,性质与层次三方面对“信念”进行
阐释,并对教学信念的作用意义和影响因素进行探讨;其次,以后疫情时代的混合式学习模式为背景框架,对美国学者科
曼和米什拉的TPRCK理论进行整合,认为教师应具备整合创新技术的学科教学内容的知识。信念是知识到行动的中介状态,
从而衍生出教学核心信念的四个关键维度,即学科知识信念、数字化信念、终身学习信念和创新信念。
