基于认知行为理论大学生社交焦虑干预研究进展

摘要

本文综述了大学生社交焦虑现状、认知行为理论的研究进展,突出对大学生社交焦虑干预路径的挖掘,
重点探讨了认知重建和暴露疗法对大学生社交焦虑的干预作用,最后对大学生社交焦虑干预路径的研究方向进行
了展望。
