College students' mental health education course is a specialized training of college students' health psychology，shaping students' correct values of the course，through the training of college students' health psychology，help guide college students to master the necessary psychological knowledge，and use the psychological knowledge to solve their own learning and life encountered various problems，promote the healthy development of college students. The development of the new media era provides a new development opportunity for the effective development of college students' mental health education courses.
