A brief discussion on the effective method of home-school cooperative co-breeding in the process of connecting young children

Children from kindergarten to primary school，in this process，whether living conditions，or learning environment，learning requirements will change greatly，resulting in great inadaptability of children，so teachers and parents need to attach great importance to the work of connecting young children，to ensure that children can smooth transition，will not adapt to the minimum，but also for the follow-up education. Therefore，teachers，parents and the community need to strengthen cooperation in the connection of young children，implement effective home co-parenting strategies，improve children's ability，so that they are psychologically prepared to meet the new learning life in the best state. This paper mainly studies the importance of home-school community cooperation in the process of connecting young children and explores the existing problems of home-school community cooperation and co-breeding. Based on this，it proposes the method of co-breeding，hoping to provide reference for peers.
