"3-6 years old children's learning and development guide" (hereinafter referred to as "guide"）scientific field points out："adults should be good at discovering and protecting children's curiosity，make full use of natural and practical life opportunities，guide children through observation，comparison，operation，experiment and other methods，learning to find problems，analysis and problem solving，to help children accumulate experience. [1] Children in small classes can carefully observe and find the obvious characteristics of things they are interested in. Therefore，we should take the age characteristics of children in small classes as the starting point，fully explore valuable natural resources into the curriculum，stimulate children's interest in observation and exploration，and develop children's initial ability to explore. This paper takes "Silkworm Baby，I will accompany you to grow up" as an example to elaborate the exploration and practice of children's scientific inquiry course under the guidance of "Guide".
