Research on the application of psychological counseling technology in ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges

With the continuous development of our society，college students come into contact with more and more things，in this background，the possibility of psychological problems is increasing. Through investigation and analysis，it is found that the mental health problems of Chinese college students are becoming more and more serious，which leads to the relatively low quality of ideological and political work in the process of higher vocational college management. In this context，we must use the corresponding psychological counseling technology to improve the quality of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges. At present，ideological and political work plays a very important role in the process of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges，so relevant leaders and teachers must pay more attention to the ideological and political work. Based on this，this paper analyzes the relationship between psychological counseling and ideological and political work，and makes clear the specific application measures of psychological counseling technology in ideological and political work of higher vocational colleges through relevant cases.
