To explore the issue of electronic evidence collection in the field of criminal procedure

In the practice of criminal procedure，the use of electronic evidence to carry out theoretical research on the legal nature and characteristics of the evidence itself，is conducive to prevent the content of different evidence cross，so as to provide a basis for the collection，fixing and use of electronic evidence in criminal procedure. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of electronic evidence forensics，and then elaborates and discusses the perfecting strategies of electronic forensics path in the field of criminal procedure from several aspects for reference.
